Starting Sunday I will begin the six week entry level prohormone "Trifecta Stack" from LG Sciences. Some may say I am jumping the gun a bit in deciding to use a prohormone but I don't think that is the case at all. I am at the right age, fitness level, and experience level to make this jump. Sure I am not at my genetic limitations yet but I have always been a hard gainer and since my gains have slowed to a crawl why not get a little help?
Now simply taking a few pills each day is not going to do much unless I have a good routine and diet... and hopefully the time I have spent getting those two in order over the past week or so has been worth it. The routine I plan to use for the six weeks uses HST principles as its backbone and since it is a hypertrophy routine it should be well suited for a cycle. I have used it is the past with good results and can't wait to see how differently things progress this time. Now diet is the real sticking point for me, the level of maintenance calories that I need averages around 3000 with weight gain coming at around 3700. That number may seem high but since I plan on taking two 1000 calorie shakes a day eating normal meals I should easily intake enough calories to equal weight gain.
