Well I feel different and now I am starting to look different
In terms of my body changing my muscles are starting to look much fuller. I was a bit taken back when I noticed my shoulders in one of the gym mirrors yesterday. I finally have a bit of width to me. Granted I was not "small" before but this is just about the first time since working out that I have looked at myself and been wowed.

Things are looking up (weight that is)

A week or so
Today at the gym I will being doing week two of my HST routine and if everything goes as I am expecting it to I should sail through the difficult bit as a result the stack kicking in. While I am there I might as well weigh myself to see if there is any change from last week although I doubt any significant change.
My change in diet is going OK but could be better, drinking that many calories in a day gets a bit bothersome occasionally but as long as I don't chug the shakes down I manage.

err oops
My appetite seems to be slowly increasing so I am taking that as a sign that things are going as they should. Increased metabolism as a result of an increase in LBM and all that, still more than a week away from the usual time period that users experience noticeable weight gain.

early after affects (or should that be effects)
Also I am not sure why but I seem to be sleeping better, as far as I can tell there is nothing in the stack that should be having a beneficial impact on my sleep and even if there was I have not been taken it long enough to have such a benefit. More on that later if it continues.

On routine and diet
It is not enough to simply take a few pills, you also need to have a good routine and diet. With out a good routine and diet there is no point to taking anything.
The routine that I have chosen to use is a HST based routine. I will be at the gym three days a week doing a full body workout each day comprised of eight different exercises. HST routines are broken down into three different sections lasting two weeks each. In each section I work towards my max for that particular rep scheme. As I mentioned previously I have done a HST routine before with good results so I have high hopes for this go around. And just the add the fact that both the Trifecta Stack and this routine run for six weeks is just coincidence.
The routine as seen in a handy grid:
For my diet I a planning to get roughly 3700 +/- a bit either side. Roughly have of that will come from weightgain shakes, not the best way but one of the easiest. I should be able to consume the remaining 1700 through normal meals. If the weight gain does not go how I want in the first few weeks I have some leeway to adjust things in either direction.

A bit of a primer
Now simply taking a few pills each day is not going to do much unless I have a good routine and diet... and hopefully the time I have spent getting those two in order over the past week or so has been worth it. The routine I plan to use for the six weeks uses HST principles as its backbone and since it is a hypertrophy routine it should be well suited for a cycle. I have used it is the past with good results and can't wait to see how differently things progress this time. Now diet is the real sticking point for me, the level of maintenance calories that I need averages around 3000 with weight gain coming at around 3700. That number may seem high but since I plan on taking two 1000 calorie shakes a day eating normal meals I should easily intake enough calories to equal weight gain.
Well that is enough for now. More on my cycle, routine, and supplementation later.
